Aims Global Update - Omicron - Phase 1
27 January 2022On 26th January 2022, the Associate Health Minister shared additional information regarding the government's 3-step Omicron plan.
While no major changes will immediately take place on a national level, in order to keep our community safe, Aims Global have made a number of updates to how we do business under Phase 1.
Most importantly, all Aims Global staff will continue working from home, and all meetings will be virtual. If you feel your case has specific circumstances that need an in-person meeting, please reach out to our team. Your situation will be assessed, and if needed, an in-person meeting will be arranged in one of our properly-ventilated spaces.
Note that any meeting will need to be previously arranged before you can arrive at our office.
If an in-person meeting is required, there are a number of guidelines you will be expected to follow:
- You will be required to scan your vaccine passport upon entering our office.
- You will be required to check in using NZ's COVID Tracer app.
- You will be required to wear a medical-grade mask at all times.
- You must be symptom-free; if you are exhibiting any symptoms you will not be allowed entry into our offices.
We recognise that many of you were looking forward to coming into the office for an in-person meeting. We were excited for that as well - we just moved into a brand new office! However, based on the government's recent announcements, these guidelines are in the best interest of our Aims Global whānau so we can ensure continuity of service to our clients.
We look forward to meeting with you in-person again, just as soon as the situation allows for it. Kia Kaha!
