Skilled Migrant category
Applicants are required to score points under a range of criteria for this category. You need to have the skills NZ needs and be aged under 55 years of age. If you meet these criteria the Skilled Migrant Category (SMC) provides you with the opportunity to move to New Zealand to work and live permanently.
Covers all categories – partnership, parent & dependent child of a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
Investor & Business category
A category for migrants looking to move to New Zealand as investors, entrepreneurs or as business people.
A special cases category exists for special individual, family or employment situations that are not able to be accommodated within existing immigration policies.
INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION & STUDENT VISAS
The focus of the NZ education system is on teaching students to solve problems, absorb, analyse and apply information, to work with others to create, and to innovate. Debate, free thinking and flexibility are encouraged, and teachers support students to be confident, connected and actively involved, lifelong learners.
As an authorized representative for NZ’s leading education institutions, in addition to assisting you through the visa process, we can also take care of your admission process.
Higher Education [Ages 18+]
NZ has a wealth of higher education opportunities, with 8 universities, 18 polytechnics and institutes of technology, approximately 600 private training institutions, 27 English language schools and about 20 industry training organisations.
You can choose to study for either academic or more practically-focused qualifications, aiming to gain everything from entry-level certificates to diplomas, degrees and doctorates. Education institutes are located nationwide, so you can study just about anywhere you like.
PhD students pay the same fees as New Zealand students. Scholarships are available for international PhD students, including the New Zealand International Doctoral Research Scholarships. Plus, each institution has specific scholarship opportunities.
Secondary School [Ages 13-18] (Years 9-13)
New Zealand’s national secondary school qualification, known as the National Certificate of Educational Achievement (NCEA), is recognised by tertiary institutes throughout New Zealand and around the world.
NCEA has three levels. Students study course modules at these levels in their last three school years. Most students take five subjects each year. High-achieving students at each level are recognised with ‘Merit’ and ‘Excellence’ endorsements.
Cambridge International Examinations are offered at approximately 60 New Zealand secondary schools, and 21 offer one or more of the International Baccalaureate programmes.
Following services are included as part of Admission & Student Visa process:
- Counselling and assessment
- Pre application process and admission formalities
- Admission and obtaining offer letter from desired institute
- Guidance with acquiring financial aid
- Visa application and documentation preparation
